The Best BIA and Objectives Form I have Ever Seen

In my last ISO 22301 Lead Implementer Course that I taught (for ContinuityLink, www.continuitylink.com ), hosted by Jerry Koenig of Seattle City Light, Jerry shared his “FORM” – the one he uses to conduct the basic Business Impact Analysis – with the class.  I was very impressed with the entire form – it’s organization, logic, condensed format, and ease of use.  ONE SIDE – ONE PAGE – ONE TIME with all the basic objectives and core information – with the FOUR primary objectives:

  • RTO
  • RPO
  • MCBO
  • MAO

One of things I really like about what Jerry has done is that he CUTS TO THE CHASE.  He gets right into the objectives and further aligns them with the national criteria and maintains the organization of his entire business continuity program for the utility.

So, I have asked Jerry to tell us all about his form.  He has graciously agreed and on FRIDAY, AUGUST 22, 2014 from 1:00 – 2:00 PACIFIC STANDARD TIME – Jerry will be ONLINE to show the FORM and tell us how he does it.  I’ll have a template of his form available for FREE DOWNLOAD right after the webinar.  I am using my own version of Jerry’s form in my next project with a transportation company.  It is fabulous!  So, please, join in the conversation and take advantage of this moment.  Thanks so much, Jerry!

FREE – space is limited – RSVP by sending me an email:  jan@crisismanagementconsultling.com and I’ll send you the login.
